The 4 postcard designs all use photographs I shot in Las Vegas as their background. In the case of the second design, the woman is a model I originally photographed as a reference for some pin up drawings I wanted to do. The imagery is inspired by memories of 50's and 60's design sensibilities. In the 3rd card, I desaturated the background photograph to evoke postcards of the period. I extracted the images of the women in Photoshop and did the rest in Illustrator.
